"Subscription" refers to the paid plan that allows continued access to the portal.
3. Eligibility

4. User Account Responsibilities

5. Subscription & Payment Terms
- All plans (Monthly, 6-Month, or Yearly) must be paid in advance.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- The Service will automatically expire after the end of the subscription period unless renewed.
- Pricing is based on machine count, employee count, or selected plan.
- The Company may revise subscription fees with prior notice.
6. Usage Limitations (Machines & Employees)
- Users must follow the machine and employee limits provided in their selected plan.
- Exceeding usage limits may require upgrading the subscription.
- Misuse or manipulation of data to bypass plan limits may result in suspension.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any local, state, or national laws
- Upload harmful, malicious, or unauthorized software
- Share login access with unapproved users
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform
- Engage in activities that may harm the platform or other users
8. Data Collection & Privacy
Your data is stored securely and used only for operational and service-related purposes. We do not sell or share your personal/business data with third-party advertisers. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Data Backup & Storage
- The Company performs regular data backups.
- However, the Company is not liable for data loss caused by technical failures, user deletion, or external attacks.
10. Service Availability
The Company strives for 99% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, upgrades, server issues, or external network failures.
11. Cancellation & Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds are issued.
- The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your access will be disabled, and data may be deleted after 30 days.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, design, code, logos, and content within the Service are owned by the Company. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the system.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for losses arising from:
- Business interruption
- Loss of profits, data, or production
- Technical issues beyond our control
