Cancellation and Refunds

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

General Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, refunds are not available except in the following circumstances:

  • Service Failure: If the Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our technical issues
  • Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period
  • Legal Requirements: As required by applicable consumer protection laws

4. Pro-Rated Refunds

We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of your paid period.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.

6. Automatic Renewal

  • Subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle
  • You can disable auto-renewal at any time before the renewal date
  • If auto-renewal is disabled, your subscription will expire at the end of the current period
  • We will send email reminders before renewal

7. Account Termination

Upon cancellation or expiration:

  • Your account will remain active until the end of the paid period
  • After expiration, access will be restricted to view-only mode
  • Data will be retained for 30 days after expiration
  • After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, your account will be immediately suspended. Please contact us directly to resolve payment issues instead of filing chargebacks.

9. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund that is not covered by this policy, please contact our support team with details. Each case will be reviewed individually.
