You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
To cancel your subscription:
General Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, refunds are not available except in the following circumstances:
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of your paid period.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Upon cancellation or expiration:
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, your account will be immediately suspended. Please contact us directly to resolve payment issues instead of filing chargebacks.
We understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund that is not covered by this policy, please contact our support team with details. Each case will be reviewed individually.
